This International Summer School has been annually organized for the last fourteen years by the Institute of Materials Science Nicolás Cabrera belonging to the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, and has evolved into one of the most significant scientific events in our country. School location is a University Summer residence, located in Miraflores de la Sierra, a nice mountain resort 50 km out of the city of Madrid.
